As Founder of Confidence Hoops, Coach Roberts leads the organization’s strategic growth through strong community engagement. His primary focus is the continued expansion of the program through elite player development and the cultivation of long-standing relationships with collegiate athletes, coaches, and athletic staff.

Coach Roberts is instrumental in building Confidence Hoops Confidence Cougars (CHCC) collegiate network, creating direct pathways for student-athletes to gain exposure and compete at the next level. His leadership and vision continue to position CHCC as a premier destination for player development and college recruitment.

As Co-Founder of Confidence Hoops Confidence Cougars (CHCC), Coach Eagles serves as a central liaison between athletes, families, coaches, and staff, with a primary focus on strategic planning for player development and organizational growth within the community.

In February 2023, Coach Eagles led the organization’s rebranding from Confidence Hoops to Confidence Hoops Confidence Cougars, aligning the program’s identity with its expanded vision for elite competition, collegiate exposure, and comprehensive athlete development. Her leadership continues to drive competitive advancement, athletic development strategies, strengthen organizational structure, and guide long-term growth across all levels of the program.
