Born in Conway, South Carolina, Coach Eagles graduated high school class of 2003 at Carolina Forest High School (Myrtle Beach, South Carolina). Here she was named All Hoop Zone 2003, received a Myrtle Beach Sun News Full Front Sports page player bio 2003, was Outstanding Panther 2002, Coca-Cola Athlete of the year Finalist 2002, MVP 2001, and played with Zwolle-Netherlands/Holland Carolina’s Women’s Travel Basketball Team in 2000. Following her high school career, Coach Eagles graduated Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Management, concentration in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, class of 2007. As a Red Hawk, she was Co-Captain 2006-2007, 6th in the nation for steals averaging 3 per game, totaling 68 during the season of 2006-2007, Liberty League guard of the week multiple times throughout 2003-2007 and Most Improved 2004.

After college Coach Eagles began her coaching career working as an Assistant Girls Coach at Conway Middle School 2008-2010. Following an over .500 career at Conway Middle School, became an Assistant Girls JV Coach at Conway High School 2010-2012; maintained an over .500 career record.
